    like most readers that read this novel you probably liked the synopsis and gave it a go then got hooked the more you read. now until this point im quite enjoying this novel, im enjoy mc's struggles and the consequences of his actions even on his past life.

    this type of novels have their mc experience character growth, face past wounds (whether they are physical, emotional etc) and new ones, some authors go beat around the bush to deal with it, others are more straight forward.

    the thing is, the author for some reason chose to have the mc take 1 step forward then take 2 steps back, frankly making reading the novel very annoying due to the fact a lot of the novel pace gets tied to the harem and mc's interactions with them.

    we get a lot of repeat situations that you can skip more than 20 chapters at a time and you didnt miss much or at least very important points of the novel.
