The work is in the spirit of Japanese isekai – somewhat naive and leisurely. Meeting new people, growing, adventures. Without any grand goals. Around chapter 200, the hero simply wants to become stronger so he can survive a local disaster with his loved ones.
Despite the fact that the work is Chinese, the typical clichés are absent.

The world itself is a typical "Western fantasy," as they call it in Asia. Lustful goblins, adventurer guilds, problematic aristocrats, and all that.

Regarding the global power system... The situation is twofold. It's difficult for locals to become professionals. At least for ordinary people. And this situation is probably deliberately exaggerated by the author. But despite this, there are geniuses too. It's difficult to judge how bad it is – the action takes place in a relatively remote area, a "newbie village," if you will.

Regarding the hero system – it may seem rather weak at first, even unnecessary. A genius with a high understanding could probably handle it just as well. But the hero, like the reader, will gradually learn its merits. I won't spoil any of its properties.
Finally, MC has high levels of understanding and combat talent. So he learns very quickly even without the system. However, whether this is a hidden property of the system or a characteristic of the protagonist is difficult to say.

In summary: if you want something in the style of Japanese isekai but without excessive Japanese naivety, you can read it in an evening. But you probably shouldn't expect anything special either. There are no obvious downsides. The site where I read it has an average rating of 4/5 based on 40 reviews.

Honestly, I don't even think this needs a poison test. I hate to be the person to just judge a book by the synopsis but doesn't it just sound like the usual braindead protagonist with an OP system that just has the whole plot moving in a direction that favors him with no real struggle and girls fawning over him; not to mention the author trying to make him sound like the smartest guy in the world. Imma just sit this one out.
