            Do you know what's funny? It has nothing to do with the author HAHAHA it is canon of the game, literally in the Gameplay you can fight against a camp of 50 men and kill them all without them harming you and in The story: a random guard, more than 3 people, a blow to the head leaves you unconscious 😂😂, That's why it doesn't bother me, in fact, it's a relief that at least in this story it's a more consistent way.

    random homophobia pops up a few times, i don't really understand the need for it... kind of ruined my read tbh, besides that its a good read. 3/5 because of homophobia and some slight hint at nationalism though.(but its Chinese so.. its expected)

            None of IET's novels' MC are "ruthless and vicious" as requested by the other fella. Furthermore, none of them are OP for the world they're in right off the bat. It takes a while, and usually occurs near the end to be stronger than everyone in the story. Power systems can be a bit absurd though.

                None of his MC are softy betas, yes. But none of them are ruthless or vicious either. Ruthless is defined as "having or showing no pity or compassion for others." Vicious is defined as "deliberately cruel or violent."

                It doesn't really fit any of IET MCs, including Ji Ning from Desolate Era. His origin story right of the bat tells you what kind of person he is. Are they ruthless to their enemies? Yes, but those they deem their enemies generally do things that deserve it. They don’t go out of their way to mess with people who have done little to no wrong, but they will kill those who cross their bottom line.

            As a hardcore Edler Scrolls fan, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
            The novel is written by a dude from Egypt who was doing his Ph. D at the time of writing it. He puts out a lot of philosophical and crazy ideas in the novel. The novel has everything - ranging from covert action to kingdom building. Highly recommended.

              Yeah.. It is really good.. It is my first fanfiction that I read ever and probably the best. I read it two times, but hiatus again to wait until it finish.

              I don't know anyone that don't know anything about Elder Scrolls will be enjoying reading it or not. But for me that finish Skyrim and Oblivion, it makes me so excited to read it for the first time.
