The world is like a chessboard.

«I do not want to be treated as a chess piece by the players!»

Defeat in this chess is tantamount to the destruction of my body and I’ll thoroughly disappear! Victory in this chess and I’ll have a very long life!

With the help of an ancient Weiqi piece, Gu Hai arrived at the Divine Province Mainland!

Heavenly Dao is eternal, however life is limited, making heaven and earth pieces of a chessboard, then in the end transformed into a loess, vanishing like faded smoke and scattered clouds. Nevertheless people still jump out of the chessboard, and these people are already prepared for their death while playing chess against the heavens, and perhaps win eternal life for themselves?

«I’ve come, and I want to live through 10,000 lives without any boundaries!» Collapse

This novel is Okay. I rate it 3/5. This is a Kingdom Building/Cultivation/Revenge novel with Eastern ambience. The cultivation system can be said to be somewhat new. Our MC is not a child. He's a grown up man with high IQ and EQ. MC has no cultivation potential. No means like nothing. The situation changes after some chapters though. Don't worry, you won't find his lack of talent irritating.
The world building is good and the world is vast. There is at least one other realm
    mentioned till Book 3.

The main problem with this book is that it cannot keep you glued to it or in anticipation for a large span of chapters. Some of the arcs are excellently written with brilliant schemes and war strategy while some are downright absurd with amateurish reasonings that are based on ancient Chinese texts or songs or strategies etc. One character in particular
which was recently introduced irritated me very much for about 15-20 chapters. That said, such chapters are fewer in number but still, they can annoy you.

Although not a masterpiece, this is an Okay-Good book which you can definitely read. At least its better than most of the shite available on WN sites.

I read it till 50 for now. For the records, i got mixed feelings about this book.

At the start of the book, we dive in the story very fast. It was like missing the starting part of the film and asking, where were we? But it suprisingly went well. Author-san managed that very smoothly. I couldnt close the Page without reading the second one, than third, fourth.. I liked it a lot. Everything is calculated, No lucky encounters, No plot armor, everything our MC does comes from his own abilities. He is not over powered at all, but he is very, very smart.

I read it till 50 without breathing. Then i got breathless, for real. Give us a break Author-san! Why cant our MC sit back and rest a little bit. Why dont you ever talk about his daily things, feelings, social situations? There is always an action, one starts at the end of another. Let me take another breath, or im gonna get really bored..
