In Japan, Minami Yuuki received a love simulator.

What’s the point of a fake simulation?

He used to disdain it.

Until he discovered that he could acquire skills honed in simulated life and even gain future information through simulation.

Simulated romance is really fascinating! Collapse

Do you know the funniest thing about this soap opera? It's set in Japan with the protagonist being Japanese and the writer being CHINESE. Anyone who knows about the Chinese-Japanese wars knows very well what I'm talking about.

I actually liked it a lot. The pace isn’t fast, real life is somewhat neglected, but everything else is great. MC is definitely not your usual idiot and even has experience in dealing with girls - which is quite unusual for a Japanese high schooler. Overall, its a good enough read in the absence of better works

I honestly thought that the rating and reviews are actually unexpected for me. Idk, I just expected that this would likely be trash but comments below have made me change my thoughts, might try it… though I still hold strong suspicion that the whole story will fall apart later in the story… do let me know if that happens.

It was unexpected, refreshing and great
I liked the plot of the first FL but not sure of the rest I recommend this novel just for the first arc this is coming from someone who doesn't like romance or slice of life combination

The first arc is gold, almost worthy of having a short novel with only a plot for the first girl. The heroine and the MC both have their own problems, no one is perfect and I really enjoyed it. The start of the second arc made me realize the truth, all heroines will become a pain in the ars, that while is realistic as no girl should be perfect, there is indeed a perfect girl there, just that she isn't as beautiful as the ones selected by the system so the MC ignores her. Somehow I feel conflicted about this novel's MC, he's too Chinese for the naive romance world of Japanese novels...
