                Reason why I asked that is because the Translators change or the Translation became worse. So yeah...

                  from what I understood things like king/queen were part of the subdivision of the immortal stage. you notice how the overlords had stages 1-10, while immortals seem to have divisions by star lord, region lord, world lord, king/queen and finally immortal supremacy/grandmaster.

    The fact that it's a complete copy of some of the novel in this genre is something that I can barely accept (just what's with always selecting a bear and a butterfly?), but the thing that is most annoying and unacceptable is pouring in a lot of women in a novel to make it interesting.
    It's the most pitiful and simplistic method to make a story attractive which shows the lack of talent, creativity and imagination of a writer!
    I always think of this kind of authors as pitiful, ugly, socially awkward people who are single dogs in reality, so their protagonist is always a chick magnet with endless harem.
    It's quite disgusting...

        I've seen such concepts in some better works, but they use it in a more subtle and reasonable manner not like some novels which all the characters in it are females which make you baffled where are all the men in this world?
