Gary Dem is a person with a secret. While coming back to school appearing as a whole new person, he does everything he can to keep this from the people he cares about. For his path is one that led him to become part of the underworld.

The world has changed, and gangs rule the streets sponsoring big corporations. Bribing politicians behind the scenes and controlling the decisions people make without them knowing it. Using a new breed of humans called the Altered, a mixture of man and beast.

    Que conste que no me he leído MVS aún, pero esta novela no es ni mala ni buena. Mc es un poco....¿inmaduro? sí, se podría decir que sí lo es. La trama es lenta (vamos que 100% seguro va tener más de 1500 capítulos si es como MVS) y deja que desear.

    This novel had me scrolling its chapters without really reading them. If someone new to webnovels and system genre reads this then there's a chance that he might like this story whereas for me, this was just disappointing. 12 days in the novel took 80 chapters. I have read novels which aren't engaging or interesting but with this one, forget about interest, I had to force myself to click next and read the chapters. I wasted my time.

        Maybe, but those are my true thoughts. I have been reading webnovels since 2017. I've read all sorts of stories be they good or bad. Perhaps that is the reason why I can't generate enough interest in this book. To me, it feels way too mediocre. Some of the novels that I'm currently reading are - Tyranny of Steel, Paragon of Sin, Journey of the Fate Destroying Emperor, Chaos Heir and some more. Try them and you will absolutely feel the difference in the way that they are written. The way that the story in these novels are told, their depth and details are leagues better than in My Werewolf System.

          Looking at your list makes me think that you prefer cultivation style novels with face slapping and such. Maybe not that exactly but at least fast-paced action.

          You're right MWS is taking its time, but that's mostly because we concentrate on world building and the characters.

          Shame you dropped around 80, because chapter 100 has one event that basically shifts the whole story into another gear. Without spoiling too much, let's just say that by the latest chapter, Gary has a bit of a body count ;)

            I do prefer cultivation style novels but I absolutely detest face-slapping ones. Among the novels which I named, Tyranny of Steel is a world building one without cultivation. Chaos Heir is science fiction and along with Paragon of Sin, both have Anti-Hero protag. The last one, the most generic of them all, JFDE is a cultivation novel but its very well written. Not even one among these books have face slapping as one of their tags - Believe me, I just checked webnovel. One thing that you'll find common in all the listed books, if you read them is the high intellect or IQ of the MC along with their Neutral-Evil alignment. These are the qualities that I like in an MC.

            Now, talking about MWS, as I have already stated before, I found nothing that could keep me glued to the book, at least till chapter 80. Many times I got irritated by the MC's naivety. I'm gonna read it again since what you've said has made me curious and I'll rate the book again later.

    This novel and My Vampire System are boosted by one person. (U can check the contribution list on webnovel n his latest comment)

    He spent a few thousands to boost the novels up the ranking. And people mistook as a great novel. When in reality it's great only based by the opinion of that guy.

    The novel started well, but became below average at best.

        Not exactly sure what your big point is in doing all of this.

        This is a pirate site, meaning like 99.9% who read it won't bother to come over to Webnovel to pay for the chapters.

        As such, there really is 0 incentive for us to give a flying crap about how highly this is rated or how many people are reading it on here.

            En realidad no, el autor borra los comentarios negativos en webnovel para que gane más fama su novela. No me importaría si la novela mereciera la pena pero deja mucho que desear.

            Por lo tanto, dado que este es un sitio pirata y los autores no pueden eliminar las críticas de sus propias novelas como webnovel, es normal que pase eso.

            Por otra parte, me gusta que ciertos autores se mezclen aquí y lean las críticas en general, aunque hay mucho "listillo" que comenta por comentar sin leer.

              I find it kind of funny when I find novels with little to no negative review (and I mean proper review, not the "This is trash because X didn't happen!"), because doesn't matter what kind of divine-grade work the author produces, there's will always be something that some people dislike so they comment here and there in a way that may affect the novel grade but also helps the reader that is half-interested to read or jump to other.

              So, every time I find a novel on WN lacking such nice "bad" reviews I end up ignoring them. After all, if the author had to go that far to cover the possible problems in his work, some probably due to different interpretation and perspective, then maybe is to just find something else XD

      Consejo: no te fíes de los comentarios, léete los primeros 50 capítulos primero y luego decides si seguir o no.

      Consejo 2: Tiene potencial, pero la falta de capítulos deja que desear. Estas novelas no suelen ganar impulso hasta alcanzar los 500 capítulos o más.
