I gave it 74 chapters before writing. Translation is good but that is it, slow dry and boring story. If you have too much time on your hand then this is for you. Not for experienced fellas looking for quality.

      Translation is good
      Language: English

      Yeah, quite good translation.
Also, not exactly that slow. It's 400 chapters comparing to most 1000+ Chinese ones.
Even if it is slow(actually takes time to develop world and characters) it's not like it has much fillers in it if any.

dont care about negative comments just read it.. its a a quality novel imo and i have not manage to stop myself from spoiling myself too much, constantly clicking next chap...
it was suppose to be taking only a look at next few chapters!! pressure

anyways as from the title its of course a bit detailed on crafting part which i of course like, but may not appeal to some

for a little bit more details, the novel is more of encountering people for a few chaps then part ways, doesn't feel lonely at all as i though it would be as in some comments.. a different from the usual novels and not so fan servicey or something like that on approach like on a harem novel.. mc met geuine friends and acquintance regardless of gender or race

eventually mc would settle on one place and have a real place he can call home filled with warmth with people he care about as well an exciting and wonderful future to the city he chose due to his innovative creations..

overall a nice read with enough tension as well.. the only bad thing is the slow update and the still few chapters available but in exchange for quality chapters, so all is good.. and i feel like the novel is just starting at latest chaps and that there is still a lot of the world to explore really cat

The early chapters were good. But for some reason author stopped being interested in his own story and started posting some low-quality stuff.

So let’s talk about this novel I give it a fair chance I read till chapter 190.

    1. The MC character design is I am a Good guy, long wolf and antisocial I wouldn’t say it is bad, but it is not the greatest The problem is this MC is kind of frustrating here is an example

    2. World building is.... not that great. essentially never mentions anything unless it's directly in the way of the MC. which is basically never.

    3. The world view in general example nobles are bad people and do bad thing same with the churches they abuse children and it feels like you are bad because you are bad no reason nothing.

    4. The cliché plot whenever the MC go to do a mission There is an 80% chance that something wrong will happen and this is constant across the story.

    5. In the start, the basing of the novel was good, but then it starts to move at a snail pace, so many filler words and unneccessary details. Every time something happened in the recent chapters, there will be a repetitive explanations that were already explained in the previous chaps.

    6. Each new class MC picks the trials takes too long.

    7. The writer puts way to much detail on unimportant or boring aspects of the crafts while not actually being very well informed about said crafts. Will write 3 PARAGRAPHS about how the MC smelts, shapes and hammers some materials but avoids at all costs actually talking about the real technical work or any of the real process's. All while talking about the most bare bones aspects that any layman might possibly think is needed to craft said object.

    Spoilery examples:

    My rating is 5/10.
Firstly, the author made the MC a lone wolf, so his interaction with other characters is very weak, but so far so good. The bad thing is that the author didn't know how to develop something to cover this, his world creation is very weak, and the power system is generic and very uninteresting.

Except he was a lone wolf because he was on the run and didn't want to get exposed. He is also quite insecure and introverted. As the plot progresses he is forced to act outside his bounds and gradually experience growth in his character.

If you turned the novel's cover art monochrome, it kinda looks like a statue from hollow knight & I can't unsee it now.

    Good points:
Grammar, spelling and overall use of language holds a higher standard than most web-novels.
Plot and narrative is somewhat more realistic and grounded compared to most.
Good, consistent characterization. Reliable narrative logic. Exposition is handled reasonably well.

Neutral points: (Depends on what you like to read)
Lit-RPG Isekai story. Cowardly/Indecisive protagonist. Moderately paced plot progression.
Heavy emphasis on crafting & slice of life. Characters are heavily based on anime archetypes.

    Bad points:
Extremely generic. Restrictive and "clunky" Power/Level system. Poor character dynamics.
    Lazy worldbuilding.

    Personal enjoyment level: 5,8/10

      I agree with the review!
Also I personally started to skip chapters, because nothing simply is happening or something is explained in way too many words. (A lot of text with no substance)
I'll keep on reading this, but only because I'm interested how far MC will take the magic industrialization. Everything else in the story is incredibly generic and bland.

This story had such a strong premise and concept, which is why it's all the more depressing how it turned out. It keeps forcing the main character to be this lone wolf, but that just ends up causing there to be no interesting character interactions. It tries to focus on the power system to distract from this lack of interesting characters, but the problem is the power system is a bland and generic system leveling one. I get the feeling the author is scared of writing characters or something, because every time one is introduced they are immediately discarded.
