      Was it really that bad? Author did great on the story.. but did he really screw up on heavens will fights? I left the novel to stack just before the heavens will chapters started for the purpose of bingeing, and so I have no idea what happened for these last chaps. Looking at the negative feelings and comments on this battle makes me a bit worrisome if the quality suddenly dropped 😅

        It's not so bad, it's just that in most chapters there was a battle of minor Persians, their thoughts, intrigues.Very little involvement of Di Tian and Wang Wei.Therefore, many people did not like it, and the chapters were very rarely released, so most are dissatisfied with this arch.

    Definitely a great read, powerful op mc not a simp, naive, or stupid. This is also the most world building I've ever read, there is a backstory for everything basically. Which can be too much sometimes imo. With so many backstory/flash back chaps as well as perspective changes on top, I ended up stopping at 365. I'll probably pick it back up again later because it is a good story but I'm sick of the back and forths atm.

    This is one of the most well written stories I've read. The main antagonist will even let you root for him. And all characters are not linear, the mc is not the only one capable of having a development, giving you the feel of unpredictability.

    Although I hate romance, I love the one on this one shii makes me feel single sigh.

          Yeah, it gets a lot of bad reviews. I think I'll try rereading it after I catch up to this. I dropped it at chapter 83 before for some reason, I hope it gets better in later chapters like it did with this story

            yes, it get better when the cannon story ends and author start making it his own with kingdom building and multiversal adventures BUT harem is still the weak point of that story, it wasnt so bad in the beginning but now nobody know how many women he have since he like courting a few women everytime he visit a new world.
