            Well I just don’t like watching things twice, if I already know what’s going to happen then when I’m watching the anime, I’ll be constantly thinking ‘oh this is going to happen’ etc. and I won’t be able to experience something new, which quickly becomes boring and uninteresting to me. Also I’m pretty sure most people don’t like spoilers so I don’t think I’m weird lol.

              I guess i can kind of understand the idea of wanting to be surprised. Afterall, i watched season 1 first and i thought it was great and then i switched to the novel because i didnt feel like waiting only god knows how long i had to wait for a season 2. And once i read the novel i kind of understood the reason why there were so many people who were disappointed with season 1. What's the saying again? Ignorance is bliss? Ultimately, once i read the novel, the anime that i once viewed as a 10/10 turned into 8/10 but if the anime had followed the source material more accurately...I would love to see an accurate representation of season 1 but oh well. Havent seen season 2 yet because i am waiting to binge it all in one sitting so im quite curious to see how accurate it is.

      If you are here after watching the anime, go read from the very start. Some parts has been skipped which impacts the plot as a whole and Kiyotaka's character development would feel noticeably as you could see him growing as a person as the time goes on
