When the cultivators came to Earth, they destroyed our entire civilization in a matter of hours. Armies fell, cities burned, and that was before the moon turned red and filled our world with monsters.

Now, over a decade later, what’s left of humanity slaves under the heels of our Qi-infused masters. The luckiest of us might even become one of them, they say—if we serve the Dynasty well enough and harness the power of Qi.

But I want none of that.

I’m sick of serving and I want nothing to do with their world. Instead, I want them to pay for what they did to mine. Maybe that’s why she found me. The fearsome, angry goddess who showed me a different path. Apparently, Qi is not the only route to power.

    Ola a todos colegas seguidores do dao da leitura, como não quero tomar o tempo de vocês serei breve com minha análise.

    Bem, como a sinopse diz, esse romance fala sobre o nosso mundo após uma invasão alienígena global por uma civilização interestelar, onde tais seres possuem poderes que vão além da compreensão humana. Os alienígenas <spoiler>podemos usar o termo cultivadores</spoiler> pelo que eu li até agora buscam conquistar vários planetas com vida senciente para impedir a sua autodestruição. O problema é que a abordagem que eles usam é muito agressiva, destruindo a maioria dos das cidades e tecnologias e também realizando um genocídio seletivo, onde crianças menores de 10 anos são levados e doutrinados pelos aliens e o resto é abandonado. E 12 anos após a invasão é que a história começa.

    Agora que já falei da sinopse falarei de alguns aspectos da obra.
    1. Protagonista- é um cara cabeça quente e determinado com uma forte síndrome do herói, querendo fazer uma revolução só que infelizmente ele carece dos meios para o fazer.

    2. Mundo- até onde li pouco do mundo foi mostrado mas o local a história se passa tem detalhes suficiente para os leitores não se perderem (apesar de eu querer mais detalhes sobre as mudanças feitas na arquitectura das cidades colonizadas).

    3. Storytelling- até agora a história tem seguido com uma progressão lenta, onde o protagonista se encontra em conflito com os outros e por vezes consigo mesmo.

    Bem, essa é minha análise, caso algo mude na história talvez eu a mude.
