    The characters are the weakest point in this Novel, especially the MC, there were a few instances where he shined though. It’s just everyone in this Novel has some kind of IQ reduction, and are poorly written, only stupidly aggressive, or aggressively stupid exist here.
    Outside of that, the ghosts are fun and interesting, really the only reason I stayed with this as long as I have.(Ch.326)

    I hate when they change names from Chinese ones to English ones when translating.
    What next? "The Art of War" by Steeve Dawn?
    That is so repelling for me that even if it is a good novel, I'm not reading, yeah, I am that petty.

      In most cases I would agree, but there are some I believe translating the name is the better choice, such as magic focused novels and in game focused stories, on the second case characters may have asian names in real world but in game it should be (imo) english names as they are easier to distinguish when there’s many characters making repeated appearances

    I recommend reading the mtl until chapter 125 because the translator from up to 125 translated everyone’s names to English names so the mc isn’t called Yang Jian but Miles up until past 125 otherwise you will be completely confused on who is who

    It's interesting at first. The first 150 chapters are the most interesting, then it starts to get boring. After chapter 300 I already quit, it got really boring.

    Nothing new happens in the plot. The MC will simply deal with one ghost, only to stumble upon another ghost 5 meters later.... And this is constant, over time it begins to get boring and becomes too bland.

    The most disappointing thing is the strength of the MC. It is impossible to understand what level of power he is at. It is impossible to understand the abilities of his ghosts.



    MC also does not develop as a personality. He only changed at the beginning of the book, and after that there was no development at all.

    Well, in general, as I said, nothing new happens in the plot, everything is the same, and interest in the book is dropping too much.

    This so far is amazing the horror is bone chilling the characters are amazing the main character is the perfect amount of compassionate and cold hearted the eyes are awesome haven’t seen much im before chapter 50 but the world building is great and the ghosts are well fleshed out with unique power sets that make sense for them
