Xiao Chen was once a great soldier of Huaxia known for his strange, unique but effective tactics and plans during operations. He would always assume command and orchestrate highly-dangerous missions and would lead his unit to success.

He was known for being a great commander which made his military rank soar, from being a young lieutenant freshly graduate from the academy to becoming one of the youngest general that Huaxia had ever seen.

Sadly though his military career was cut short when he was deeply involved in the older generals politics. He died a tragic death when he was murdered by the men who he trusted so much and considered his brothers.

His soul wandered through the river of time and space still seeking vengeance and was soon swallowed up by a swirling light.

He soon found himself in the body of a monster or that’s what others consider him to be. He had a hulking figure pack with muscles, towering nearly 7ft tall, a pair thick tusks jutting out from his mouth and lupine ears along with the great desire for battle welling up inside him.

He begins his new journey as a green hulking monster or an orc as what his kind was called, a monster born for war and lived for war. Collapse

I like orcish novels and mc’s but this novel just ain’t it I started this novel 3 years ago but I’m still around chapter 200 it’s just that annoying to read I stopped reading like a year ago
Fact is the author is just not a good writer he/she doesn’t even know what they are writing.
What really pisses me off about webnovel authors is when writing about non-human characters they just cannot distinguish between races this very mc for example sometimes forget he’s an orc and it seems the other humans don’t even have eyes or they are just that stupid everyone in the novel sees the dude as a human if not for the title I might have also forgotten that the dude is an orc
The author just dump nonsense and then go on hiatus for months drop 2 chaps after and then another hiatus just like that its has occurred for years and it still keeps happening
The author wants to write about an orc chieftain but it’s just not working. The mc sees himself human the humans in the novel sees him human the orcs sees him as an orc we the readers don’t know what he is
Well that’s the whole story nothing much to gain honestly don’t waste your time it’s trash iv been following this off for 3years and nothing has changed
And what annoyed me the most about the authors level of trash as a novel is the orcs transformation from barbarians to a Roman legion that will make even the Spartans of old jealous, it took just a few chapters im sure it’s even less than ten. Every orc from his tribe and those conquered turn to share his ambition and become elite Roman soldiers heck they even have silent ninja type orcs as reconnaissance
    It’s pathetic

It's started really good until our "orc" MC really biased toward human bcs of his past life.
Well I think it just preference since I really don't like isekai to non-human mc, but mc still biased toward his past life race not fully immersed into his current race.

The author is really inconsistent in this story. (I read up to ch24)

He wants to make the story about an orc chieftain, but the MC had the deepest personal interaction not with an orc, but with a human. Also despite the MC being an orc the humans he met are strangely accepting towards him.

Now about his orc subordinates. The story portrays orcs as brutal and undisciplined. Yet it takes him just a single timeskip worth a few months to change them to be an army more disciplined than the most elite human army.

He also portrays the lands as "barren lands with scarce covers of green" yet this quickly changes to rice fields with soil flooded with water after the timeskip.

All the points above are about orcs. (Barren lands are common homeland for orcs in stories) Yet the author violates all of them in the first 2 dozen chapters! It quite honestly feels like the orc part was violently inserted into a different story to make it more unique, with little thought put into the implementation.

Not to mention how abundant the supplies of materials are in a society living from raiding. All that iron and food supplies seemingly out of air.

Read up to 51 ch. And just wanted to say that inconsistency is an ongoing theme

Is this a one where the mc due to his human sentiments bows down his head and does everything for the humans or does he act like an orc and fight humans???

Alguien sabe, que pasa con sus cuñadas?
No me gustan los autores que ponen a MC que solo piensan con la entrepierna, pero odio más lo que son princesos...
