Uh, I still need to take a leave today...
The author still overestimated their recovery ability... still running a fever today, but the medication is clearly working, keeping it mostly below 38 degrees Celsius. Should be fully recovered by tomorrow.
By the way, I just suddenly remembered that the Crown Prince also started with pneumonia back then. Is this fate trying to tell me something?
