After packing up the equipment, they prepared to head toward the library.
After failing to deliver the water, the Thief Saint had disappeared somewhere. It wasn't until they were almost ready to leave that Yu Songsong came jogging over, a bag in her hand.
With a smile on her face, she shoved the bag straight into Jiang Linyuan's hands:
"I'm going to see my senior tonight. The temperature's been changing a lot lately, so you should keep warm."
Jiang Linyuan glanced at the bag. Inside was a jacket.
"I bought it for my senior. It's been dry-cleaned, so it should fit."
Yu Songsong blinked her eyes. If humans were animals with tails, she'd definitely be wagging hers happily right now.
"Keep your money for yourself."
Jiang Linyuan said this but still accepted it.
Seeing him take it, Yu Songsong's smile grew even brighter. She glanced toward Shen Wanyu, who was standing in the shade under a tree.
She leaned in closer, tilting her face up, and whispered:
"Senior, can you give me a hug?"
Jiang Linyuan took her hand and gave her a brief hug:
"I'll need to talk to you about something later."
"It doesn't matter. As long as my senior doesn't leave me behind."
Yu Songsong greedily embraced the person in front of her, then pushed away on her own, winking playfully:

With that, she bounced away.

Zhang Juntang didn't feel much of anything. She'd already seen her senior get kissed by Senior Su before.

With that thought, she raised her camera again.
And so, the group arrived at the library.
Xingnan University's library had five floors. Since the semester had just started, there weren't many people inside.
On the first floor, a few small green sofas were arranged around white round tables.

"For the library scenes, you two don't have any lines, and it's not easy to communicate, so it all comes down to your acting skills and tacit understanding!"
Mu Mei said in a low voice.
"The Department Head and I have two hearts beating as one."
Jiang Linyuan wasn't worried at all.
The Department Head can read my mind, and I can read hers too.

Shen Wanyu shot him a glance but said nothing.
"We'll shoot a few scenes first at the mahogany bookshelves, then head to the green plant reading area. It's all in the script, you know that, right?"
After Mu Mei reminded them, she walked ahead.
Zhang Juntang clutched her camera.

Anyway, her own kids would be lively and filial.
It's common for kids and parents to cry together on the same sleeve.
Shen Wanyu stared at Jiang Linyuan without blinking.

After finishing this shot, Jiang Linyuan borrowed a book and headed to the green plant reading area.
The lighting here was excellent. The sunlight outside wasn't too harsh but still bright.
There weren't many people, and it was serene and beautiful.
The two sat facing each other across a wooden table.
"This shot is mainly about the male lead flipping through materials to learn about the school's changes. The female lead just watches silently from the side."
Mu Mei said softly.
Jiang Linyuan smiled at Shen Wanyu and opened the book. Inside wasn't any school history, just a random book he'd grabbed.
This scene reminded him of the time he was pursuing Shen Wanyu. She'd sometimes sit in the library all afternoon.
He'd just grab some random book and sit across from her, occasionally looking down at the book, occasionally looking up at her.
[It's really sentimental. Back when he sat in front of me, he rarely seemed to take me in like this.]
Jiang Linyuan looked at the expressionless Shen Wanyu in front of him and paused for a moment.
Beside them, Mu Mei made exaggerated gestures at the two, signaling them to get into character quickly.
So Jiang Linyuan lowered his head to read the book, while Shen Wanyu just watched him.
The window was half-open. A breeze blew in, making the surrounding green plants sway gently and rustle softly.
The cool wind brushed past their cheeks, stirring a few strands of Shen Wanyu's hair and flipping a corner of the book page.
At the edge of the desk, the boy in the Zhongshan suit turned the yellowed pages. Across from him, the girl in the white skirt watched him with a faint smile.
Passersby, books in hand, stopped to gaze at this young couple. The beauty of spring lingered in the tranquility of youth.
Zhang Juntang looked through her lens at everything before her. The most brilliant light shone on the two of them.
She watched from within the shadows.
