Chapter 1052: - New Dragonians |
Aditya then extended his right palm in the direction of the Crimson Inferno ball and tried to use Crimson Warp Flash on it.
For a few seconds, nothing happened. But just as the Crimson Flame ball was about to hit the tree trunk, he noticed the space around the Crimson Flame ball slightly distorting.
Seeing the changes, Aditya became excited.
: - Dragon-type allies and subordinates who hear this roar will temporarily receive a [25%] increase in their combat power, reaction speed, and fighting spirit for a period of 60 minutes. This effect is stronger on beings with purer dragon blood.
Function 3: - Dragons, dragon beasts, and dragon-blooded beings who are weaker than the host may be forcefully suppressed by this roar. Some may freeze, submit, or lose their will to resist for a short time, depending on the gap in bloodline purity and cultivation.
Function 4: - When this roar is released at full power, it can awaken the ferocity and instinct hidden in all dragon-related beings across a very large area, making them feel as if their king has called them. The stronger the host becomes, the wider the range and the greater the pressure of the roar.
’In the six continents, I hardly ever used this skill.’ Because there was simply no need.
But Aditya had a feeling that in this civil war, he might be forced to use this skill.
’That also reminds me, I should recruit some cultivators of my own and turn them into Dragonians.’ Unfortunately, no one from the Istarin Empire was strong enough to help him here. Bringing Amber or Nathan, who had reached 5th-order, would still put them at huge risks.
They weren’t like him, who could take on Peak 6th-order cultivators.
’I need cultivators who are already Peak 5th-order. So that the boost in cultivation and strength that they will receive from evolving into a Dragonian would be enough for them to reach beginner 6th-order.’ Aditya closed his eyes and began to think about where he could find such kind of cultivators.
Before the civil war, Aditya had planned to transform some of the powerful cultivators from the Harrington family into Dragonians and repeat the same thing with the rest of his allies and their troops. But he also knew that his Grandfather might agree to this, but other nobles who are his allies won’t agree so easily. As turning their troops into Dragonians would mean, instead of giving 100% of their loyalty to the Dukes, their 100% sworn loyalty will be with Aditya. But this isn’t the same as mind controlling them or changing their emotions.
This deep, sworn loyalty will be from the blood relationship between the Dragonians and Aditya.
Before the civil war, Aditya had already made a plan. He wanted to transform some of the powerful cultivators from the Harrington family into Dragonians, and then gradually do the same with the rest of his allies and their troops. On paper, it was a powerful strategy that could greatly increase their overall strength.
However, he also understood the problem behind this idea. His grandfather might agree to it, but the other nobles would not accept it so easily. Turning their troops into Dragonians would change where their absolute loyalty lies. Instead of giving one hundred per cent loyalty to their respective Dukes, those soldiers would become completely loyal to Aditya. This was not the same as mind control or forcing emotions, but the result would still create tension among the nobles.
That loyalty would come naturally from the blood connection between Aditya and the Dragonians. It was something deeper than commands or orders. Still, Aditya knew this would be a major obstacle. Even though he already had a few ideas on how to handle this situation, the real issue remained the same. He needed truly loyal cultivators who were not already tied to any noble house.
