    Honestly the tournament arcs are entirely irrelevant to the plot as a whole but they're still fun to watch, especially Rivervale

          For example I imagine Frenzied Sword as this young man with blond, spiky hair and a normal face - Essentially, your average gamer nerd who is also athletic

          King Admiral is a middle-aged man with black, spiky hair. He always wears red armor in-game, but in real life he looks like your average salaryman. He is both imposing and warm, giving off an aura of someone with years of experience.

          Really, just imagine how they look like - assign them a face. There's no canon for how they look like, so in a way, everything is canon.

        Oh, you're definitely doing the right thing, I wish I could think like you while reading. I say this as someone who has read it to the end, you will not lose anything if you do not read the tournament parts. Seriously it has no effect on the main story, just pass it on.

          Yeah, i've done the same with the first tournament as well, saved me a lot of time and i realised it's not really mentioned in the later chapters as well, the tournament arks were quite boring for me. Also as someone who read to the end, what do you have to say about the romance in the novel?

            I don't want to say anything about who the female lead is (because I'm so disappointed that my ship didn't get it) but it's not a harem. The amount of romance is really small but there are little hints that they actually have an official love affair (I just ignored these when I read it because I still thought it was possible to my ship sob sob). They also have a child at the end of the story. I mean, if I were you, I wouldn't expect romance because the author didn't reflect this much in the story, but mc has a happy love life.

              Ahh i see, that's quite sad for me i expected a bit of romance.. at least 100 chapters.. maybe 50..
              what a shame though.. I feel like it's going to be Ames tbh, if it is then i feel bad about hila because it seems she has a slight interest in han xiao.

              but ya i do like Ames because she's personally my type, long hair, black hair, smooth milky skin, not too over the top beautiful but beautiful.. and al thought chest could be bigger the hair and legs makes up for it cheerful

                Yeah ames is a good choice, but honestly I want it to be aroshia. She's too cute. I also kind of like the tournament arcs. I like seeing them fight but that's probably just me.
