      Yeah, this question has been bothering me for a while too. The only explanation so far is that this is a civilization, afterall. They got the numbers amd numbers means money. I suspect that large organization like large financial group have balances in billions and start system civilization have numbers in high billions or even trillions of Enas. If this is the case, then a planet level civilization to have dozens of millions is not too surprising. The only question is the source of Enas. Is it just the mercenary money accumulation or do they sell resources as well?
