    Why does the city security just let Dark Star blow up buildings left and right. The planet is supposed to be full of high ranking individuals, how come security isn’t amped up to accommodate that?

        The reasoning that the author said was they only have one grade A guard for the planet so they can't deal with two grade A's. I doubt the employed person would want to take a risk joining the battle. Also The main reason people don't mess with Noriosse is their connections, but Darkstar is elusive so they can hide away most of the time.
