    I think this highlights that Zhou always had a psychological issue on that part. He may have that guilty feeling of snatching someone else's identity and family since the beginning, that's why another 'Klein' blamed him on this part as soon as he could get the chance. Poor Klein/Zhou gloom

    I don't understand why some comments are blaming the previous Klien about his suicide. He was really just an ordinary person that got manipulated by the beyonder world, especially by 0-08 and the Antigonus Notebook. Even all of the characters were literally just dancing in the 0-08's script in volume 1.
    If I remember correctly, based on what was written in 0-08, the Antigonus Notebook influences Klein to deliver it to an Antigonus descendant, which will then be followed of him committing suicide. So what could an ordinary human like Klein even do against that? He was just caught in something far beyond his understanding or control.

    Also, as the user KnowledgeSeeker mentioned in the comments, the MC is a fusion of Klein Moretti and Zhou Mingrui, with Zhou—who is the transmigrator—being the dominant soul. He retains memories from earth and the previous Klien.
    As Klein/Zhou himself says:
    However, I’ve already come to know who I am. I’m Zhou Mingrui who has fused with Klein’s memories and emotions. If I were to let you go, it would be equivalent to splitting the two up, admitting that they are opposing parties. That way, I’ll immediately lose control once I return to the real world…

    So, if I understand it right, he fully accepts that he is not just Zhou Mingrui from Earth. He is also Klein Moretti. They are no longer two separate people, but one unified identity.

    He even described himself during the Faceless arc with lines like:

    “I am Zhou Mingrui, the one who transmigrated from Earth.”

    “I am Klein Moretti, who is stingy with money but would spend a fortune for his siblings.”
    (Damn, I forgot the exact lines, but there were four statements that summarized his identity.)

    That said, the true nature or secret of the MC’s transmigration still hasn’t been fully explained. Yet, here I am yapping at 12am, while scared because there is some noise up our roof like someone or something is crawling.
