    If there is a risk of losing the helmet because of the horn, then just weld it firmly to the breastplate so that it becomes a monolithic structure. This was done in tournament armor, where there was no such weight limit, as the knight was carried by a horse and could invest everything in protection(Well, they were almost welded on - they were fastened with clasps)

    However, you will have to turn the entire body to rotate, but you can make a wider visor or circular perforations all over your head.

    And add a collar to block at least half of the lower blows to the head.
