If he answer 'you're telling the truth" then that would mean that he lied and he can pass judgement but passing the judgement would also mean that the person asking the question also lied. And according to this logic does the person who asked the question truly has the right to deliver judgement?

"If you really want it, it is not impossible for me to refrain from giving it."

"If you truly give it, it is not impossible for me to refrain from taking it."

"If you do not want it, I cannot force you to want it. Whether you want it is up to you, and whether I give it is up to me. If you do not say you want it, you will never know that if you do want it, I might not give it."

"If you do not give it, it isn't impossible for me to not want what you give. To give or not give is up to you, to want or not want is up to me. If you do not say you will give it, you will never know that I won't want it when you aren't incapable of not giving it."

And how is flawed deduction not also considered a lie, it’s very similar to when a person thinks they are saying the truth but they were decieved to lie

If i was in this situation i will turn mute, now that i think about it, i lie an average of atleast 5 times a day, its instinct at this point.

A lie is not saying something objectively untrue, it is saying something you know is not true

See that’s the point, i was trying to make
If something is subjectively true, but objectively a lie, is the person still lying?

In this novel they said the person is lying, because the people on the line said they are in yellow springs road and they believe they were telling the truth but they were judged to be lying, how is that any different from flawed deduction? Why is one considered lying and other is okay?

If you read further, then this will be better explained as common sense lie since they all saw the sign showing the other name.

Yeah I saw that a couple minutes after I commented and realized you were right. I think maybe because of the way he was posing his deductions, like saying ‘I think this is the yellow strings road’ instead of incorrectly stating a fact
