    Chief Lizard was last mentionned as having gone into some kind of long term mission involving Sekwang technical high school. Which obviously relates to Sekwang Special City in some way. (I can't believe I didn't make the connection between the two until that was pointed out by the story. They have the same name! It wasn't even hidden!)

    Also, if Kim Soleum goes back to his human form in dreams, then he can use his tattoo in Sekwang technical high school to become a Student without needing to do the whole thing with the infirmary to obtain a uniform. That'll probably be handy.

    Edit: went back and checked, and turns out I misremembered. They just said Chief Lizard was on a mission at a boarding school. I don't think Sekwang technical high school was one, so that's probably not it. It could still relate to Sekwang Special City but there's no reason to think that yet.
