    I don't see the logic, how could America accept African immigration when at this time they were even talking about repatriation and establishing Liberia?

    How will Austria intervene in the American Civil War? With the North blockading the South they can't send supplies, will Franz outright declare war on the North?

    I guess this is just Chinese nationalism wish fulfillment where their future rival is sabotaged.

      If you read carefully, it's the north that wants slave repatriation to expand the American market and the south is not in agreement thereby the talks of a civil war.

      And you also forget the Americans is not yet united therefore not a great nation as it is today, so they don't dare block the Ships of a Great European Nation like Austria Unless they wish to fight Two Parties which is Austria and the South Plantation Owners in the Upcoming Comflict
