    Good dad. I was expecting the cliche "plot twist haha the father is a butt and is going to take the special thing and the child will have to run away and somehow manage on his own" but no, the dude's a good guy, the child's got a good dad, good stuff, wholesome stuff, no cliche plot twist, good start. Looking forward to see where this is going.

    Also, kind of looking forward to see if the dragon is just the deus ex machina plot device or if its actually plot relevant after the first 10 chapters
