      While money is definitely an aspect, the original chapters are 3-4 times as long as your average webnovel chapter. Meaning the translator will have to sacrifice his free time to meet his daily quota of 1-2 chapters a day to retain his readers and probably get paid less for double/triple the work that other translators do.

      I think we should just be happy we still have high quality translators around from places like wuxiaworld instead of low quality AI garbage that BOTItranslations pushes out in masses. They deserve the pay.

      Last but not least, its not like it really makes a difference for people reading from this site. At worst the flow can feel slightly awkward depending on where the chapter is cut, but I haven't noticed any real problems while reading.

    A good work, an interesting beginning and not a typical food system, the characters are not stupid and there are places where you can reflect. But in my opinion, there is a huge problem with the main character's squad. He appears in about 300 or 400 chapters and is called Demon Hunters. The bottom line is that the main character spends half of the resources received each time on the development of the team and leaves himself only the second half, and in this squad there are about 50 people and, accordingly, their level of strength is really pathetic 2 and at best 3, and the level of the main character is the peak of level 5 (level 5 can kill a bunch of level 3 creatures with a normal attack,), therefore, they cannot bring him any help, even taking into account the "ancient building techniques" that can raise the strength of the squad and even in the best case will be able to fight an average level 4 creature. Therefore, I feel extremely disgusted by such a waste of resources and the presence of such a burden, since apparently the main character plans to take them with him everywhere.

    Have read up to chapter 495 so far and have really been enjoying this novel. There is a lot of world and character building with a lot of depth. The mysteries behind both the characters and the world are not solved instantly and instead we are given little hints here and there as the story unravels from which we can make our own assumptions and conclusions till the bigger reveals appear.

    It does start out a bit slow and both the reader and the MC have no idea whats going on or what the power system is like in this world at the start, but once it gets going it goes pretty hard with frequent fighting, power ups and plotting.

    The only downside I noticed is that the author can sometimes be a bit too descriptive and certain conversations can drag on for too long without any useful information being shared, just repeating things we already know.

    Overall I have been really enjoying the novel and would give it a solid 4.5

    Alright, reading the previous comments it seems no one or at least majority of the people here simply have no idea about what this novel is exactly. The translation gets trashy later on I agree but apart from that I'll tell you about the story here. This is a sequel. Yes, it's a sequel to World's Best Martial Artist. And it's f#cking amazing, both the first part and this second part, like lotm this book is going to be a trilogy. Both the first part and second part have been completed in the mtl (where I finished both of them ofc) and ngl, it is one of the peak novels in terms of plot. It has IMMENSE focus on emotions too so you'll feel quite a bit while reading this.

    All in all, both the first (wbma) and this one (cg) are novels I've immensely enjoyed. They definitely are one of the peak. I simply feel sorry because I completed this months ago and only now reviewing it cuz of my laziness, maybe more people would've read it had I reviewed it earlier. Anyway, I don't know how long it will take for translation to catch up as both the novels are incredibly long, but mtl is pretty readable so you could give it a try.

Like I said, I've completed both of them and I can confidently say that characters of book have been mentioned throughout the book 2 and appear in mid late part of the book and actually contribute to the plot. The power system is different in early stage due to different starting worlds but merge later on. Please get the facts correct before refuting.

              Cool. I urge you to read both the novels completely. Both are extremely very f#cking long, especially wbma which goes on till 1400 something chapters, stargate/ constellation door goes on till 620 something chapters. Both are very much connected I assure you. Due to being so long and not even fully translated I doubt anyone has taken the effort to read mtl, so you won't get much information about it on other websites. There might be some hope if you look for chinese websites though.

              Look dude, you are free to believe what you want. My job here was just to spread awareness as a reader who finished both of these novels from a platinum author (fyi Er gen and many others are platinum authors too). On Qidian this book topped the list consistently for several months.

              Imo, Tribulation of Myriad Clans is a part of this too. WBMA, TMC and Stargate are a trilogy, I am only sure of Wbma being the first part, since I haven't read TMC I can't tell between TMC and Stargate which one is 2nd and which one is 3rd. Since you are stuck on getting half baked reviews from websites like webnovel with loads of zero patience readers who haven't read even half the book then maybe you can check out novelupdates if you believe it to be oh-so-official enough. The information there clearly states that these three books have a shared universe, and even in reviews you'll get people telling you how these are a trilogy. I am done replying trying to convince someone who doesn't want to get convinced. Do whatever you want.
