              The you read the book but didn't understand it. Yes he didn't want to be worshipped, but why? It is because he has Weaver's lineage and if he was worshipped, famous or well known it would only quicken the awakening of the forgotten god.

                I get that, but people are going to find out about him anyway, especially once he gets his fate back. A lot of people will remember him then. Sooner or later, everyone will know about him in the future anyway. They made a lot of mistakes, and because of that, the next chapters are going to be a complete mess because of them.

                  Even when he does come back he will still be dead in people's minds. Afterall as the Lord of shadows he betrayed nephis and was killed. The few that believe him to be alive know him as boss and not some deity like they make nephis out to be.

    As a carrier of divine aspect herself and already having such vast domain she could not deal with another divine aspect holder and he thinks he can just with a vast domain and that too three of them.
    I have been skimming the latest chapter so I don't know if it already came up but i had a suspicion that Asterion might also hold a divine aspect( a theory I had that there will be 7 divine aspect holder in the end of it all so now we are short four, and once someone gets one they are guaranteed to survive till end). So this last bit of his dialogue almost confirms he doesn't have one.

      His aspect is definitely sacred.

      If he had a divine aspect, then he wouldn't have needed to jump broken sword with ki song and anvil and instead, would have thrown hands directly in a 1v1.
