    I predicted a different strategy of Asterion, the poaching Saints one by one strategy, until it snowballs into an unstoppable effect, but to be fair starting from the more gullible people is easier, if he wants to do it the easy way.

    I imagine if he wanted to do it the hard way, he'd do some kind of torture where he applies mental pressure on a Saint, one at a time, and the more powerful followers he has the simpler it is force down the barriers of the mind

      I mean he definitely can adopt that style however in his eyes there's no need to do that as there is a much weaker and larger target for him to devour first

    Okay now I better understand what Asterion's goal was for this debate. He knows what he is saying is pointless in front of the powerful people in the world, however information spreads like a virus.

    His goal wasn't to enthrall the saints, masters or awakened who could understand Nephis's decision. His goal was to first enthrall the weak but billions of mundane people. With what Nephis risked to do gets leaked out, he can now easily manipulate the emotions of the mundane people and make them lose the trust in Nephis.

    The mundane serve as a foundation which would give him more power to easily enthrall the masters and saints. By taking away the foundation it makes it easy for him to tip over the powerful people in the top.

    We were all expecting some sophisticated elaborate scheme for Asterion to pull however he showed a very simple plan with a very powerful effect. Now I am not as annoyed by what happened in the last few chapters but I still call him the Retarded Sovereign just for making me go through that mind numbing experience

    There really shouldn’t be any reason Sunny can’t use his plethora of hacks to target Asterion’s soul. I’m sure the solution to killing him will end up being something like that. I know Cassie or Mordret might end up being the main killer but Sunny’s got too many different ways to achieve the same thing as them with weaving and his shadows. I don’t know things have become anticlimactic since he became Supreme.

      They are playing too defensive and even though Mordret's and Cassie's powers are suited to kill Asterion, Sunny has the same equal chance of killing Asterion with him being the heir of Shadow and the Sovereign of Death and blah blah blah.

          Eu estava pensando nisso. Sunny e Nephi, honestamente, não têm muito o que fazer no passado/presente (passado porque é Cassie se lembrando/presente porque é a primeira vez que vemos isso). Eles poderiam simplesmente ir atrás do destino de Sunny

          Obs: esse comentario é uma resposta que dei a um comentario feito recentemente no arco do 3 pesadelo, o dono do comentario disse sobre talvez sunny e nefis estivessem indo atras do destino de sunny no momento atual( e esse seria o inicio desse arco, quando cassie fala com mordret "ainda não fui derrotada")

      Asterion needed some moon beast to be higher rank than him, but under his control/asleep, so he could blackmail them to avoid direct confrontation. "Trust me bro he is immortal, you cant just kill him" is very weak for the story where characters visit afterlife, for a chat with the guy who caused gods to die. Sunny is the closest thing to the death, since inventor of death died. For Asterion to register as immortal, Sunny should have mention how he doesnt even have a shadow anymore, and maybe for Asterion to mention how he killed his own shadow, because it was tailing him everywhere. It would sound like nonsence, but it would not paint him as an idiot. Something obvious and tangible. No shadow - cant be killed, doesnt sleep - cant be affected by the Nightmare, moth can mindcontrol his thralls, but he cant remove it, because Asterion infected most of his thralls before Sunny was even born. Some simple answers for a few obvious questions, which would imply that other questions have answers too.
      Or story should mention that Asterion wears headphones which always loudly play Linkin Park.

        I want less. After G3 gotback from 1 month hiatus writing was awesome. Maybe he needs to pause for a day. Reflect and analyze the last 2-3 episodes, plan out the next, then write and release next good high quality episodes.

        I thnk Continuous writing everyday may slowly burn out any author. resulting to poor degrading episodes daily.

        I'm not sure what schedule would yield best results maybe 2 days write, 1 day rest?

        Dont get me wrong, this is just a suggestion. Im not telling G3 how he should write. I just noticed how creativity is really flowing after some R&R. In contrast continous daily cramming tends to kill creativity
