    I guess there was a reason he chose to fight the serpent when it was completely dark...so the butterfly wouldn't be able to figure out what was going on..but it's a bit ridiculous that a great monster would be helpless because of darkness

          Maybe physical damage was initial, then soul after. Also we did know her flame was good for the soul as how sunny described the feeling of being encompassed with the flames. So her being able to heal soul damage is pretty believable

      Sunny is literally manifested as a shadow right now, his body and soul are one, if it didn’t heal his soul damage that would literally make no sense.
