    Long Chen is stupid, absolutely. It's that stupidity driving him forward. It's part of the reason that he's come so far. It's because of the stupid things he's done that he's been able to rise above others. Take rewriting the NSHBA. That was incredibly stupid and dangerous but without it, Long Chen wouldn't have come to develop his current strength or path.
