          A spoiler is something that is going to happen in the future, and reading it would tell you the definitive ending (or information that you wouldn't otherwise know until whenever the spoiler came to pass), whereas a theory is a guess on where it could possibly potentially maybe be going. Just a thought a reader has made about the future based off current information. Not something i'd consider a spoiler considering they're working with the same amount of info provided to you (if that makes sense, but maybe im just overthinking it all)

      Dunno about the rest but it could have indeed been trying to draw attention to the rune without obviously hinting at it. Yk how you aren't supposed to change too many things actively when you time travel which might be kinda the case here as you mentioned..

      Also, I don't the think "sword" has said a single truth so far...could be wrong but that's exactly how sunny acts with weavers mask on
