    sunny was not a forgiving man. In fact, he was quite spiteful.

    Actually, the same went for Sunny. Despite his wariness and hostility, the Prince of Nothing was not necessarily his enemy.

    It's funny. You had to live caged up because of Mordret close to a month. He tried to kill your soul and take over your body, tried to kill Cassie, threatened you with the lives of your friends and how he'll wear their body, and you say he's not necessarily your enemy?!

    Author is having the MC be quite tame against Mordret (probably because the author will have MC work together with Mordret for some time in the future). Against other characters who've done even some harm to the MC or were malicious, he'll be too spiteful and hateful, but no, not against Mordret.

      the price of making morderet an enemy.....i think you have come to realize that by now....as it was mentioned in the 2nd nightmare.....even without his power he is a real menance also the main reason is their goals seem to align it`s just that morderet`s methods are viscious.

      Saint Tyris is a vassal clan so lord knows where Sunny draws the line. I think though his hatred and spite is a bit more nuanced than this. As far as I'm concerned, in his current state he can only think about his fallen comrades and citizens he had to guard that where wiped out because the great clans refused to do anything. He still holds resentment to Mordret but is sane enough to acknowledge he'll need his help if he wants to hold the great clans accountable.

              Ntr is just a cheating genre

              It's obv that neph and sunny have feelings for each other, it doesn't matter if you ship them or not, it's pretty much impossible to not notice

              So it would be kinda heartbreaking for sunny and the readers to see mordret who harmed sunny a lot and is seen as sunny's rival, steal neph from him...
              It's not real ntr but it gives off the same feeling

      That are my thoughts too. They are relying on The Spell to gain power by controlling Citadels, the earth doesn't have Citadels, so it is useless to them. The people and their heritage can go to hell for all that they care.

      Hell, they are fighting a "secret war" amongst themselves in the middle of the greatest tragedy humanity has ever seen since the last apocalypse! They deserve to be put in their places by Sunny. And by saying "put in their places" I mean "killed". Twice over.

      But you never know, maybe they do have a reasonable motive. But I doubt it.

    What if the random master is just a ruse to throw them off the scent? Who's to say that Mordret isn't already inhabiting the soul of Dire Fang? With enough planning, Mordret could certainly have gained enough soul-weakening Memories to gain an advantage over a Saint. Or, perhaps he's already controlling even Madoc or Morgan... That would be quite the coup. This is just a reminder that Mordret is a devious Ascended Titan, and you never know what he's going to do.
