          The valuable masters, saints and even sovereigns also originated from those useless shits. The future of humanity lies in everyone. Sitting on existing treasure horde in fear of losing part of it won't give you any interest back necessary to stop the incoming destructive wave. Although, as Sunny has correctly noted, we still don't know the full picture (including why are the Sovereigns stalling the development of the quantity of saints), that could still be applied in reverse - a bigger amount of knowledge doesn't necessarily make your decisions right.

      Are you trying to defend the clans?
      Anyway Sunny was never set on a straight path, he didn't even had a goal before. But he hated the clans even before coming to Antarctica. Also Sunny's indifference to humanity was born out of his harsh life, which was a facade. He always had the most humanity and heart to save than anyone else around him.

        Not defending them, I'm saying that sunny is a hypocrite.
        Where I'm in the novel rn, sunny is one of the most powerful saints, he has the ability to singlehandedly defend earth cities from most attacks, preventing deaths of millions.
        Guess what he does? Just like the great clans he only seeks opportunities to increase his power to fight the clans, only helping common people when he's also directly affected.
        Yeah you can argue that eradicating the great clans is more important, but millions of people who he didn't defend aren't alive to hear that argument.
