                  I suppose something among these lines. In my opinion though the hate for her is in somewhat acceptable proportions? I don't know. She is just a flawed character trying to do her best, but the gruesome betrayal of a friend who overcame his nature to trust you is gruesome betrayal. It could be potentially justified if she knew what she was doing, but she doesn't.

        Im reading for the first time and i think i have accurate gist of everything really, i have proper reasoning for why i hate her and why i think her actions were just dumb.               He could have died we saw what condition nephis was in chp 500, so if would have gotten seriously wounded then neph couldn't have healed and he would have died.

                No hr wouldn't have, firstly with 2 of them they would be suffering vastly less injuries, secondly nephis could just heal him as well, and thirdly they wouldn't be thirsty, we see nephis was dying of thirst which wouldn't happen if sunny was with her as he has endless spring

                What nephis words indicted was that she couldn't take the risk and that her choice was using his true name was incredibly selfish, that's it really, both would have likely survived much easier than nephis did solo. Both cassie and nephis are basically just horrible friends.

                  ngl i am chapter 1171 right now they said somethings about the desert and personally i think sunny has a better chance in the desert cause he can travel using shadow step, he has the unlimited water memory and also other memories and saint, he could rack up a lot of shadow fragments because the creatures are higher rank can class than him so he could increase his rank at the same time surviving in the desert but the question is how would he get out idk why nephis choose eurys and not the other skeleton but i personally think sunny would have chosen the other skeleton because of how he was boasting about himself or who knows he might chosen both of them.

      So let's get this straight, she picked Neph over Sunny, she told Neph Sunny's True Name, that is the extent of her crime. Sunny was the only one who was wronged, and so he's the only one who has the right to be pissed at her, as a reader, who knows the context of why she chose Neph, it is genuinely insane to still hate her so much. We had a Sleeper Cassie with the most disorienting Aspect ever make an ill informed decision after months of stress surviving on the Forgotten Shore as a little blind girl. If she made the decision with the knowledge we have as readers and with hindsight of how it all plays out then she would deserve the hate, but the fact is she didn't, all she had to go off of was a vague prophecy and her rudimentary understanding of how Fate worked.

        Ok so i don't think you really understand what the problem with cassie is. Its not that she made a choice and chose one best friend over another, its that why did she do it in the first place.

        Cassie saw visions a few times throughout forgotten shore, and she tried to change the future she saw in the vision, but her actions just propelled towards the visions she saw, nor could she change it, her actions to stop were acting as a catalyst.

        So you would expect her to stop, but no, she didn't, she still gave his true name to nephis like some brainless person , even though she already knew her actions can't change what she saw in the vision, this not only doomed sunny but also doomed nephis as well as nephis had to then survive that hell all alone and sunny was subjected to fate worse than death.

        So yes i have all the right to be angry at this idiotic and horrible character as a reader, sunny can forgive her for all i care due to cheap writing and the author trying to push her as some tragic complex character but i would never.

      a 16 year old (yes, she is sixteen sunny turned seventeen when he got there and she is a few months younger) got thrown in a place you can call hell. she has been blind for less then a month. she then got rescued by nephis. later, sunny joined. sunny and nephis saved her life countless times and helped her with her blindness. then she got a terrible vision. her two best friends and saviors were going to kill each other in that vision. mind you, this is a sixteen year old. she did not know what to do so she had to make a choice. she chose nephis over sunny. if she didn´t both were likely going to die. she had to make the choice to sacrifice one friend for another in her position. i understand if you hate her but she suffered too. and

              Change anything as in vision, she knew no matter what she does it won't change the vision she saw but in struggle to change the future she saw, she only made things worse as her actions were the reason nephis had to survive alone in forgotten shore and sunny got enslaved.

              It speaks more for character, if you can betray one of your best friend even though you know doing so wouldn't change the vision you saw then you are genuinely just a bad and idiotic person.
