    With their latest technologies. It's hard not to think that they wouldn't be able to produce aircraft that nimbly(eg. avengers or justice league aircraft) maneuver a horde of nightmare creatures in case they'll encounter it while in route of evacuation. Plus even the planes today are extremely fast already. How much more if in Sunny's time have those kind of technologies which is much more advance.

    Also, why government is stingy in equipping their soldiers whose willing to die for the others? Why the need of contribution points where they can just fully equip them but also profiting from the kills they'll be making due to additional boost in their strength even just by a little bit? Isn't it much better to lose utilities which can be recovered than human awakened assets which is hard to produce? It's extremely stupid.

    My thought exactly why not use aircrafts? They are faster and safer that land or water transport. If there is threat of aerial Nightmare creatures then atleast five a hovercraft for APC to make mobility easier.
    As for the contribution point part it is easy, really. Resources are finite so what will happen if one person hoardes alot of it? Can one even convince someone that their need for resources is less important than others? Hence this system. To prevent unnecessary burden on supply.
