Great world building. Ok description of the world. Horrible storytelling. The MC was always in a hurry, but it was basically never clear why. The MC didn’t drive the plot, the plot drove the MC. I would recommend skipping unless you are totally out of options for novels.

Finished it. It was pretty good and unique I would say. I didn't feel tiresome. There was not a lot of face slapping and things like that. I would give it a solid 7/10.

I used to love this one,but now at 1300 or so chapters i realize it was always disappointing
°POWER SYSTEMS:the author only cares about how the mc increases in power ,don't get me wrong the author has unique and epic power systems such as : they have great names and great premise ,but the author doesn't even try to make any of them technical, he doesn't give them depth or explain to us how they work ,he dumbs it down to only numbers, and then you notice that all of the power systems work same way he collects energy advances through realms and breakthrough which is FUNDAMENTALLY the same as other cultivation novels' <Qi CULTIVATION > he just gives it a different name and different form, imagine that the author had the opportunity for mc to be involved in sorcery (actual magic sorcery with magic circles and everything ) only to make the power system as stupid as i said above (only numerical) ,its like describing a fight without talking about any of the feints ,techinques,control,wits and emotion used and only saying how many punches were made ,he makes it thrilling by using the last moment of the fight for the mc to finally get what he needs for a massive increase in strength and then dominates the opponent obviously, but after too many such incidents you get bored.
°MC-RELATIONSHIPS: and then the most idiotic thing about the novel which is <mc-relationships> the author apparently knows only three types of relationships ,1-LOVE INTEREST: which is used only once with his wife,2-FRIENDS: which are more like colleagues with no actual friendship except for one character in the beginning but gets forgotten later on,and lastly 3-ENEMIES , so yeah ,that's bad if you hadn't noticed ,and believe me it's like this ,im not even over simplifying ,the more idiotic thing about relationships in this novel is that they don't matter that much ,what i mean is mc only needs to become more powerful than his friends and we never hear from those so called friends again ,mc just forgets about them ,and then the saddest thing happens ,HIS WIFE ,the girl that loved mc when he was just a frail ,sick boy with not even an ounce of strength ,so it's honorable when mc doesn't even think about getting another girl and always remembers to come back for her and his kids,then at some point in the novel
°MC PSYCHOLOGY: and then comes the mc psychology ,the mc is a real man i will tell you that ,he doesn't let someone touch even a strand hair from his family , he loves to protect people wherever he goes ,even outside his own world he still protects people ,because that's who he is ,he is a protector ,not some idiot that only wants power,he protects the weak because he KNOWS he once was the extremely weak,he hates it when someone strong does whatever he likes to the weak just for different in power, but then surprise surprise ,, and he doesn't even hesitate he kill them just because this way it would take less time to get stronger,where did the protector go where did the hero go ,he disappeared without us even knowing ,the author doesn't even discuss the mc new morality ,he doesn't even show us a moral struggle ,it just happens and we have to live with it,the author had some really good ideas ,but he didn't try to delve deeper into them to make something of a real quality ,instead he went with making many more chapters.

Read upto chapter 1674. This is it for me, I cannot find a reason to keep on struggling through. Although this novel had its plethora of problems, it used to be possible to ignore them to a certain extent. There were some satisfying moments as a reward for enduring. Now? I honestly feel dirty while reading. There is no bottom line anymore. Lin Feng, bro, what happened to you? Author, bro, what happened to you? This is not the way to go.

After reading it to about 800 chapters I understand why this is has many negative comments. There's a lot of BULLSH*T. some examples are cringe power of friendship to win then after that you will not see the friends ever again cause they're not important. when MC is about to die plot armor activates he gets power ups and win. the stupid Pointless weak burden incompetent friends when they are about to die, MC always appear at the last moment to save their incompetent lives at the last second and saves the f#cking day. AGAIN whenever the retard MC is about to die or lose he actives PLOT ARMOR gets power up and always win this happened countless times to the point the PLOT ARMOR is an active skill of the RETA*D MC given by this stupid author of this novel

I am around chapter 1240 or so, I didn't mind the initial progression of ever changing power systems, I actually found it unique.

The problem I have now is how insignificant life forms are. At some point, MC was chasing after and killing fiends because they consume planets, what the MC is doing currently is no different from that. Although when he consumes a world he doesn't kill all of beings in the world, what he does is no different from enslaving them.

Right now we have some new buzz words like Controllers and Celestial Devils. Celestial devils consume world origin which leads to the death of the world and all it's people, Controllers enslave worlds to increase their own strength, when they die, their worlds die with them. It's just messed up.

When controllers fight, it's basically a clash of their worlds, which often leads to the destruction of the worlds of the looser, an immeasurable amount of people just randomly deleted for a battle that had nothing to do with them. SMH
