      Not sure but maybe treasures related to great dao ( like book of misfortune-curse great dao , killing dao token-killing great dao) are called great dao Supreme treasures whereas treasures without any relation with great dao are called chaotic Supreme treasure (like heaven opening ax) though both type of treasures are actually on the same level
