      are u dumb? u drop the novel cause of 1 line? Were u expecting MC's motivation to be led out at ur feet in ch1 with a line like "since that great demon lord destroyed my hometown I shall pursue power to the end of time itself in order to make thy great demon lord grovel at my feet"...

      This is such a hypocritical thing to do. The author is telling a story, not writing a wiki page. If u expect to know everything from page 1, then go re-read whatever trash cultivation book u stumble upon, and then read it again and again and again
