    Chapter 1: Quicksave
I've been on this chapter 1 tab so many times for over a year, and I've finally read it.
I wonder what the story is with the rabbit plushie lol. Is it a bomb or something, or simply just a plushie.

I must say, the style of writing is very different to a lot of cultivation novels. The two types may have the same resolution, of the details, they are of different aspects. This novel reminds me of the english novels I used to read back when I was a kid, very nostalgic.

Ryan's personality seems a little manic, quite unfettered and free. And understandably so, experiencing death so often while simultaneously having the liberation of being able to grow and explore as you like, without the greatest costs of time and life, would at least make me be in my own world.
At least for a time, after trying things out and going back and forth, I'd probably stabilize. As long as I continuously am aware of what I'm doing, and where I want to go, listening to my conscience.

I must say, this kind of power, at least for the mentally resilient or a person who luckily goes insane in a functional way, is a very incredible ability.

Interestingly enough, the optimal route, would be to never create another saving point. Each time you die, you go right back to the very start.
This means that you get to keep your youth.

It depends, ofc if you want immortality or not though. Because his ability, is incredibly high level. Whether it's being able to quite literally reverse the entire universe back to his save point, or quite literally setting a save point for the universe to revert to, while retaining his memories.
Or it's a simulation type power. Where, effectively, an infinite duration of time can pass in a universe simulation in his mind. And when he creates another savepoint, he by fate plays out the working worldline, without being away that it's his second time doing it, or it quite literally just merges with reality.

Either way, his ability is on a completely different level.

For an obsessive person, or someone with truly great ambition. As long as there isn't some other rule stopping it, would simply have the one savepoint origin, and never set another one, and just live forever, while trying to search for a way to transcend.
No matter how long it'll take. No matter how scarred they become. Or inhuman they become.
Of course, inhuman, doesn't have to be being evil, you could just be emotionally dead, but have mental clarity, and know that you wouldn't want to do some things.

Or inhuman as in, you do become some kind of deity. Then again, maybe you simply become even more routed in humanity, for example a human deity. Human transcender.
