Not going to lie I've been in poor health recently and just got finished with a major surgery. I will be bedridden for the next week and won't be able to stay awake much longer right now. my entire abdomen is in constant pain from my surgery and I haven't had any time to update. sorry for the inconvenience. if you're wondering what caused me to end up with a surgery. well that would be because my appendix ruptured out of nowhere. I've just now had the strength to get on my phone so I figured I'd let you guys know I haven't dropped.       My guess is that they mostly stay inside all day not doing enough physical activity to sustain a healthy lifestyle. Then you combine that with having countless deadlines to meet and you have a recipe for sickness. Plus I imagine that most authors are people who aren’t very healthy in the first place and that’s why they decided to write in the first place. I could be entirely wrong though
