“Since I was born, I’ve had the same dream every day, where the same day repeats over and over.”

“What do you do in the dream?”

“Rob banks, blow up buildings, flirt with girls, play Grand Theft Auto… since it’s a dream, I naturally do a lot of lawless things.”

“Tell me what you did last night.”

“Last night was more interesting. I’ve been dreaming for so long, but it’s the first time I’ve dreamt of someone I know in real life. She was a very beautiful girl…”

“Mhm.” The police officer nodded while taking notes. “Go on, I’m listening.” Collapse

The beginning was kind of rocky, but it's getting smoother. I don't know if it's the translation or what, but the dialogue seems sort of stiff(?)
Currently at 36 and I definitely recommend it, though there has been absolutely 0 progress in solving any of the many mysteries so far. The MC keeps meeting roadblocks every time he comes up with something new.
Hopefully, it will speed up a little.

Hi there, Poison Tester here. I’ve just finished the first 20 chapters of the novel. So far, it's quite decent and reminds me of "Night’s Nomenclature" by Speaking Pork Trotter. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Never thought playing Grand Theft Auto was illegal (maybe to parents constraint )

Here's the summary ChatGPT spat out. Probably just a bad translation.
"Since I was born, I've had the same dream every day, with the same day repeating over and over in the dream."
"What do you do in the dream?"
"Robbing banks, blowing up buildings, picking up girls, stealing cars... whatever, it's a dream, so naturally, I do a lot of lawless things."
"Tell me what you did last night."
"Yesterday was quite interesting. In all the time I've been dreaming, it was the first time I dreamt about someone I know in real life. It was a very beautiful girl..."
"Mhm." The police officer nodded while taking notes: "Go on, I'm listening."

It's a good concept and a fairly good execution. I just don't like how the mystery is stalled in here and the answer to the question barely moves forward.

      Yh, it's very good
And different from the generic storytelling of this type of story, but somehow I feel it's slow

The mystery is not keeping me hooked and by ch80, I was skimming through without reading much trying to see a different development

Read up to chapter 200, so far it's really good. The story is reminiscent of others like "12 Monkeys" or "Dark" (both TV series).
Basically a story about time shenanigans, MC's dreams transport him 600 years into the future, where a mysterious "Genius Club" seems to have hindered all scientific progress. He changes some variables and thus manages to enumerate some of the rules of space-time. Then there's a subplot about an offshoot of the Genius Club trying to kill him, giving off heavy "Death Note"-vibes. The author even acknowledges the pop culture sources as funny references.
It might not be as complicated a story as Dark and similar shows but still does incredibly well up to this point. It's focus on science leaves a few plot points that are kinda hard to explain but I'm interested in what the author will make of it. The science seems comparatively solid (except the "universal constant is 42" part but that might just be played for laughs...).
Until now, with no truly daring plot twists, it can't be said to be a masterpiece but it still is not far from it. Might even be rated a masterpiece in the future...
    TL;DR: 4.5/5, A to A+

right now "The Boys" is rather interesting, pretty much talk of the town although rather brutal...
"12 Monkeys" is rather similar to Dark, complicated plot and lots of time travel...
"Doctor Who", rather childish, very little violence and mostly wholesome but has time travel (wouldn't recommend watching the latest seasons, they are pretty low quality)
"Dexter" has the brutality and scheming, but otherwise is rather simple and has nothing to do with time travel.
There are more TV shows out there, but most aren't that memorable and usually only good for wasting some time. If you're looking for those, just scroll the recommended page on the website <s.to> (https://s.to)

First of all, I like the synopsis
Two, I also really like the story, the mystery is promising.

But, I hated all the characters in this novel
Imagine this is a mystery novel but the MC can't make his own conclusions, is easily fooled, has useless friends.
Like Sherlock and Watson but a comedy version
