Hitman with a Badass System by don_offl

So, I'm currently on chapter 12 , but I've gotta say it's already better than most other light novels if only b/c of how few grammatical errors it has.(Not to mention the occasional golden comedic moments)

I am now at the latest chapter which is (327) and thought I give it a review since it really deserve it
the story for me is 8/10 I took the 2 because it has a thing which is "the looming threat" kind of shit it would be fine if it happen ones or twice but it happens over and over again which is kinda annoying. ​
but don't worry it won't take from the story some might even enjoy it but for me personally I don't like it same as sugar and salt we like them but too much of it would f#ck up the food if you know what I mean.

now back to the story ..I started it after having no more chapters to read in a novel called (Unparalleled After Ten Consecutive Draws) it is a trash novel with an OP MC with a lucky system that gives him everything when he need it. yk these novels, just reading it to have fun.
so I came with the mindset that this one is also a trash with a system and someone reincarnate to other world to be OP with no reason at all
but boy was I wrong.

what I loved about the story is his system, his reincarnation and all of the shit is actually reasonable and related to each other and was explained in the first 300 chapters.. how beautiful is that?
because I am sure most of you Reincarnation and System genres novels readers didn't know what happened and the reason why that happened and was ignored during the story by the authors hoping you'd forget about it since the whole reason for them is just to start the story someone weak die someone better take his body and go f#ck every one up .. but not here.

the hero is op but not really he is strong enough to be the MC but not that powerful to have everyone bowing to him having beauties and followers like chickens like other novels MC
he built his power and got followers from 0

the story is beautiful with a lot of interesting characters and a really good Female lead character (yeah it ain't harem sorry dudes) not annoying and actually fun and has her own personality

the people around him not just like other novels where they interact with the MC in one arc than they are gone like the MC doesn't even know them. no, they are interesting and keep staying with him not just a passers by

I can't say more without giving spoilers or making it too hard to read so I won't
and still, sorry if it is too long but I can't just saying simple thing without explaining
so yeah just read it and see what you think about it hope you enjoy it as I did!

You say 'Hitman with a Badass System' i say Wannabe anti-hero with a cringe/show off system.

Basically he's just a hero who is ruthless to enemies but all fluffy and kind to others. There is nothing really good or bad about it honestly, no clue how it got that 4.9 rating, must have some die-hard fans i guess.

This story kinda interesting but i just wish the author could update faster

It is a good novel .. up to what i have read 200 chs. But i do not know if it is my rumbling.. mc is focosing on bulding powerfull ally forces to offset his enemy forces..but rather than having like power full forces engage in fight i would like to see mc and his handfull companion becoming powerfull and act like assasin or hitman to terget enemy forces..and also like typical CN novels there seems to be concept of upper word where more powerful cultivators past immortal level residing..And that probably make it a very long story. I will bookmark it and forget about it. As at the rate it is updating, looks like it will take more than 5 yrs.

It getting boring after 100 chapter.

This novel is really great and deserves more attention in my opinion things you can expect in this are

Badass protagonist like the title says, also ruthless to his enemies

Pretty early romance considering other novel romance times, it's not early romance but the romance is still good and cute

The system is actually helpful, it evolves later on and can basically do anything if it has enough badass points

Although at first it may seem like the mc is a bit aimless in his goals, continue reading his goals and ideals are interesting to read about

The protagonist is quite clever since he has a hitman before transmigration

Mc can do alchemy

Mc has different personas

and many more things that i find interesting but not going to write and you can read the wonders for yourself

I would definitely recommend you read this so yeah..
