After transmigrating, Liu Changqing skipped over the dating phase and was thrust straight into fatherhood with a son and a daughter. This left him in a gloomy state. His eldest son is mature and intelligent, while his young daughter, resentful of her parents’ divorce, blames Liu Changqing for everything and treats him with hostility.

The original owner of this body was the ultimate “simp.” He grovelled so much that his ex-mother-in-law’s single agreement allowed his ex-wife to take away all the family assets in exchange for custody of their two children.

Now, with his factory bankrupt, Liu Changqing is racking his brain over how to raise his son and daughter. This has become his biggest headache.

***

No reconciliation, no groveling, and firmly grounded values. Collapse

I see why you guys say it is boring, it's literally slice of life, the boring daily life of the MC. This is not bad, but not excellent either, most of the character interaction feel right, and it has moments that make you smile. The only flaw i really see is that every girl MC helps just falls for him, can they not just be grateful, thankfully there is no drama, no love triangle as of where im reading, and it doesn't really get in the way of the story too much, because the MC already settled with one, he just can't accept it yet. Lastly i also don't like that his son is also like him liked by many women. I'll just say it's a good break from reading too much actions.

I really enjoy child nurturing stories. But this? Its like the author wants every single divorced woman the mc encounters cling to him. Imagine the school life genre where 4-5 girls cling to mc, its like that except the mc is fat and 35 and the women are in their 30s with a child, theres also a college woman. I cant finish it 😂 the author wants drama

It is like those types of story where MC got dumped by hilariously dumb fiancee/husband but.... MC transmigrated/got enlightened/regressed and become gigachad, fiancee/husband started to regret, all kinds of bigshots started to like MC for some... reasons. It is just that here MC is male(gender reverse)

Was just about to start this one as I like reading novels with child raising and happy family but I got turned off by the comment mentioning adultery and cucking.

Please ignore the comments. This is such a breath of fresh air. The relationships may sound messy but the MC is respectful and fully aware of his boundaries. This is a fantastic slice of life, romance novel.

I’m so glad I ignored the comments cuz I would’ve missed this absolute banger!
