Surprisingly decent. It’s funny that a story that encourages an MC to collect women and treat them like pokemon is much better at developing characters for them than the vast majority of other Chinese fics. MC also isn’t one to cast off is weaker wives and f#ck off to a new map. The fact that he actually develops genuine feelings towards them makes him more realistic than almost every xianxia MC.

Story wise it isn’t bad. MC is cautious without being retarded like Sign In story MCs. He avoids fights because he doesn’t like getting hurt or killing which is plausible given his position and he can easily develop without doing so.

However, story is starting to get dragged down by too many different and weird euphemisms for sex. Dunno if it’s a TL issue or an author (or maybe both). Chapters are getting butchered (size wise) by the TLs. This is standard nowadays but damn the latest chapters are reallly bad for this. Feels like TL quality is also slipping a bit?

TLDR - Surprisingly realistic characters for a Chinese novel, believable growth for the average person transmigrator as well. Bit of a hidden gem and I think it deserves better ratings, especially compared to the sea of shit we usually deal with.

Not only it is unbelievably boring but also the mc is a huge pussy scared of his own shadow and treats his girls as if they were items, just don't bother my fellow harem daoists.

Hello, do anyone have an novel pretty much the same as this one in terms of the romance and harem? And I don't want anything that seems familiar but is completely different. And I know that Mc buys three of his wives, but he still takes them time to build their relationship and still builds his relationship with Yu Yuan. Basically, what I want is an harem story that actually focuses on their relationship when getting into a harem, rather than it just being melodrama bullshit about jealousy or they barely interact anymore when they confirm their relationship.

Very very boring

I've read the whole raws (305 chapters) and i could say its quite good for its genre, the character development of his wives are given attention, the novel is basically a slice of life, unfortunately tho, i think the author is increasing the pace gradually, it used to be a slow daily life, now its a slow monthly and yearly life LOL, its like the author is just rushing to end the novel, i may be wrong.

(my vocab/grammar is dying from all the MTL).
