This novel could be best described as a slice of life focusing on the heartwarming, cute and funny interactions of a father with his daughters and a slow romance with the cold and romantically inexperienced empress.

The system is mega OP, granting huge rewards for everyday interactions. The story is rather thin and the fights just serve to show off the MC's power.

There are some irrational elements like everyone but the empress knowing about his power and him keeping his actions from her for no reason. But because of this misunderstanding the empress comes to like him for his gentle character instead of his power.

Depending on what you are looking for, reading this novel might be time well spend.

I enjoyed this novel until now (ch. 308) and rate it as 4/5.

Concept is interesting execution leaves a lot to be desired.

Too much time is spent on fleshing out characters and events that hold no importance to MC why flesh out characters whose only point is to appear be face slapped and or fawn over MC for 1-2 chapters then never appear again? That’s just wasted time that could have been spent fleshing out his relationship and characterization of important characters like his daughters, wife, cousin-in-law etc.

At chapter 290 despite every peasant in all the lands and everyone around her knowing MC is the most powerful, knowledgeable skilled etc etc ever his wife still has no clue despite being one of the most powerful empresses in the world which guarantees she has f#cking spies to inform her about what is happening in the world and his actions aren’t low key. He is publicly defeating whole kingdoms and his wife has no clue that it’s her husband or even that these things are happening as if it wouldn’t be important for an empress to know the geopolitical situation and kingdoms all around her falling to her husbands might. I know this isn’t supposed to be a serious novel but it’s too much to expect my brain to be this off even for a novel like this.

I remember this novel, chapter 700+ and i stop reading it. the FMC still did know the MC is Op, You will only be frustrated reading this. FMC still think the MC is weak mortal. she even think the one who helps her is mysterious master and the plot is repeated over again.
