The Witch Hunter System by Pointbreak

You know i sorta liked the idea of the novel, and back in 2021 when i started to read it i was slightly dissapointed as i was hoping for more "Witch Hunting" but all we got is "Witch Fu#king" which for 16 year old me didn't really matter as i enjoyed it either way and continued to read the story.

Now in the year of our lord 2026, i am 20 and in the past 4 years i have had the time to read "RI", "The Villain Wants to Live", "Weapons of Mass Destruction" and many more novels and i have come to the realization that...

This novels pretty ass... like my First Issue is that the author has a really hard time making the MC look smart and his go to move is to make everyone around him dummer than a Young Master.
And Here is my second issue the author just uses the usual Xianxia Cultivation Novel cliche of "Powerful person with connection picking a fight with MC, MC shows off his 6 elemental Blood cock technique and faceslaps them."
Thirdly, it's just a Cultivation world wearing the disguise of a Fantasy world.
Fourth, the author keeps just sidelining and forgetting half the side characters we have been with every 400 chapters. They only show up once here and there in a random chapter to show that they are still alive.

Finally, The Smut is ASS, i can't believe younger me enjoyed this. Like it's just MC has magic hands that can make any women bend to his will and then the woman orgazzms and bam wham done...

Okay hope my review makes helps, i heard that stuff gets more complicated and bigger after chapter 700 on with whole different Galaxies in other dimensions or smth.

Lo dejó en el capítulo 57, la historia no tiene un mal comienzo y está bastante bien estructurada el problema es qué es una historia lenta en 57 capitulos sólo pasaron 2-3 días desde el inició, luego está el tema de la meticulosidad el autor intenta actuar muy inteligente y planificado lo qué hacé qué al final se muerda la cola cómo una serpiente al principio no es malo pero después de 50 capitulos dónde intenta explicar cosas innecesarias y no avanzar en absoluto la historia sólo para seguir metiendo conspiración, planificación y diferentes estrategias qué no tienen sentido, el MC parece más una máquina qué una persona y tampoco aporta nada la obscenidad ya qué es increíblemente mala, escenas cortas y simples da la sensación de qué no quiere escribir dichas escenas algo qué lo hacé estúpido ya qué es la trama principal de la novela éso y matar brujas, después está el hecho de qué cada capítulo es corto es cómo si dividiera un capítulo a la mitad y lo llenará de información innecesaria pará un protagonista súper inteligente parece qué no sabe aprovechar el potencial del sistema al principio ayuda un poco y después se vuelve casi invisible, y aporta fuerza al protagonista de forma aleatorias como para justificar su mejoría, para un autor qué le gusta planificar y explicar todo la novela teniendo más fallas de las qué tendría si el autor no hiciera las cosas largas, es cómo ir a una panadería a comprar pan y qué el panadero te explique detalladamente el proceso de elaboración, cocción y empaquetado de todos sus productos algo ridículo si me lo preguntan, pero bueno al parecer éstos autores sobrán y la página no ayuda en absoluto, debería bajar novelas qué ocupan espacio innecesario, o en todo caso crear una sección de basura para separar las novelas cómo estás qué portan etiquetas qué ni siquiera existen en la novela y son básicamente una perdida de tiempo tanto cuando la lees y cuando buscas nuevas novelas.

I don't even understand what am reading anymore, I thought I was reading a fantasy novel but now, I don't even know what I'm reading (United nations/clone that was a past MC) am just tired of everything author seriously doesn't know what he doing.

An ordinary Earthling found himself in a body of a trash teenage boy in a fantasy world ruled by bitches or so he thought. After living there for two years as a boy toy while becoming an all-knowing smartass, his protagonist system finally granted his sorry ass the protagonist power he desires turning him into a part human, part mutt, part spirit and part dragon self-absorbed smartass.

Awaiting for now. As of chapter 707 a very good novel. Pretty likeable MC with an ok power system which evolves well later on. The strong point for me is the world building, nice varied cultures per country/area, as well as well written character who develop throughout the novel. The MC is pretty OP but that's explained well later on as more things are revealed. Started of with a fair amount of smut but pretty quickly became rare which I'll was a v good thing.

Pacing is pretty good and the story seems well planned out without any real info dumps, which can kill this type of novel. Will be back to this in a year or two when there are more chaps. Rating 8/10

PS characters genuinely aren't idiots and have reasons for their actions which is great! Not much forced faceslapping :)

l'oeuvre avait un potentiel énorme, peut être que l'auteur a fait de son mieux mais il n'a pas réussi à faire ressortir tout ce potentiel là. globalement l'histoire est sympa mais comparer à des romans comme dimensional descent ou Shadow Slave, l'écriture de ce livre manque terriblement . par exemple en terme de power up, en terme de direction, de cohérence.
plus ça avance plus c'est frustrant. prenons juste le rythme les 300 premiers chapitres se passe en près de 3-4 mois mais il y'a tellement de remplissage c'est aberrant, plus ça avance plus on se demande pourquoi ce roman s'appelle the witch hunter system car il se trouve que les être les plus forts du chaos sont des hommes.
pour montrer que vaan est le plus intelligent on baisse l'intelligence des autres. il tellement insouciant ou arrogant qu'il a pris 3 fois le même pseudonyme pour se cacher, 3 fois.......
