So basically this Novel is about a man who firmly believes he is a commoner and will never be anything but that. However every one around him slowly realizes he's actually King Midus and everything he touches turns into treasure.

It makes for humorous circumstances where powerful cultivators try to save face by not appearing to covet the things this "commoner" touches.

The story mainly focuses on how these powerful cultivators try to preserve their dignity while trying to get their hands on his treasures.

It's a light and enjoyable read if you take it for what it is. The story does get pretty in-depth on MC situation much much later, by then the novel will mostly feature the side characters (You'll understand why if you get there). However this doesn't take away from original plot, and naturally intergrade with the overall story.

It's a casual fun novel, just don't take it seriously or you'll get frustrated lol.

How many wives will mc. How many has he had sex with? will the little fox be in the harem?

can someone tell me in which chapter it is revealed that the mc knows he is strong all along

At some point does he start to cultivate or becomes strong and fights or is he always with that misunderstanding that everything he knows is useless?

a funny relaxing story to help turn off your brain. But if you ever turn it back on youll see that theres some kind of charm to how eveyone is totally unhinged.

I came here to read about the mc meeting new people and such, but it turns out that I am starting to read more chapters about a wanna be disciple telling a story than the mc himself. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.
