The serious problem that this one has is that the mc doesent move based on a certain structure.
It was shown that he can just kill anyone if he wants and has no problem with that, Often comments about the process of burning others down being enjoyable and seems like he is in a rush to get power.

So here is the real problem if he actually wanted to get that power he should have done 3 things:
1. Trying to understand the meaning of 'SIN'
2. He should have created a 'Sin factory'; forcing those who are sinners to sin even more and then burn some occasionally. (He could have used the contract skill or just look for those shady unkown places)
3. He should have made contract with every common and then awakened to get a bit of their energy everyday. Like come on he cant rly upgrade his skills outta dungeons but with this he could have actually reached the place he is at way sooner.

To sum it up his contract skill should have been used as a parasite making... he could actually rule the world.

I'm going to try and rate the story and not the author. I know what they did, but I don't care about their personal life. I'm rating the story here.

Which isn't that good. It was very lazy. It's supposed to be this noble thing where he inherited Lucifer's divine powers that were given to him by God to manage hell. However the protagonist is the type that would burn up by his own powers. He's not a great person and can't even be generously called an antihero, a term that most think is interchangeable with asshole but it isn't, and the world building is extremely flat. Really not worked on at all. It feels anachronistic. People are driving gasoline powered land based automobiles in an Era where we live on dozens of different planets. Pretty stupid.

Flat pretty much describes the whole thing. Flat and shallow.
