Honestly, this novel is pretty decent to pass the time and have some fun. It has some funny moments, quite a few had me chuckle ngl, the MC isn't dumb nor dense, though the power system is a bit lacking in my opinion. It lacks novelty like for example in the Primordial Record. Here, the power system is pretty much common (Qi Refining Realm, Foundation Establishment, Core Formation/Golden Core, Nascent Soul etc...). What I also like about this novel, aside from the funny moments, is that the MC, Ye Chen, starts out small (trash talent) but slowly becomes better in every possible way (talents, strength etc...) and he doesn't really hide his light, he doesn't show it everywhere either, it's more surgical I'd say. Also, for those expecting some smut or whatever because of the cover of this nove, you'll be disappointed, there is no explicit smut content, only some allusions and that's about it. Honestly, you don't need to think while reading the novel, just turn off your brain and enjoy the ride.

Edit: Just finished reading the last chapter available as of right now (Chapter 709). Just wanted to add/emphasize that the power system in this novel isn't the important point. Yes, Ye Chen (the MC) is OP, having surpassed perfection in every realm he basically toys with everyone, but this novel focuses more on the plot and the women, linked to this of course will be funny situations. So if you want to read this novel don't expect a groundbreaking power system, I personally don't like the fact that Ye Chen's powers aren't thoroughly explained, but the funny plot of this novel is enough for me to continue reading, it's more of a mindless reading, brain turned off, just enjoying the moment. For me this novel is between a 3 and 4 stars, not the best I've read, but it's very much enjoyable.

Saw the thumbnail, thought "ayy yo, some people are gonna like this one a lot." Looked closer, "wtf why is it so detailed, wait why does it look wrong," begin looking at the rest if the picture closer, "all the detail went towards one place, so the rest looks blurry." Indeed, a man who knows the target audience.

Reminds me of the green tea bitch system novel. Most of the women that have multipliers are green tea girls. The best part is watching MC getting taken advantage of knowing he doesn't care about anything except profit (especially by rude green teas) like when a girl gets upset over MC giving things to another woman when she doesn't even like MC, has never done anything for him and thinks he betrayed her and should apologise. Saying shit like how dare you give my things!

I could say it's a redpill incel targeted plotline and the women written are very one dimensional and selfish humans. However experiencing a green tea is a lived experience for me and they do (sometimes) get as one dimensional and spiteful as some of the women in this book. I love it!

It's not a smut novel, if you wondered. At least I don't consider it to be one, and in over 100 chapters there hasn't been any smut as I perceive it.
Long story short, he's got a system that refunds his gifts to girls with a huge multiplier. Everyone underestimates him because his potential is theoretically ass, but in reality he progresses really fast. He does get in relationships and dual cultivates with girls eventually but it's all off screen excluding the flirting. He doesn't flaunt his strength for no reason, only when he stands to gain something in return which, along with the common belief his potential is ass makes everyone think he's a fool and a simp. In the 100 chapters I've read, that's all that's happened.
The story isn't that deep, he reincarnated, discovered he's got no potential, gave up on trying alchemy after a few days, came out and instantly discovered the system and decided to abuse it.
The characters are good enough but it's likely the old girls will fade from relevance eventually, I'm already seeing that happen slightly but it may change somewhere further along the story. Overall, it's a good enough of quality read to kill time at the bus or waiting for other novels you're following to release new chapters, but it's nothing amazing that will hook you in.
