Henwil started as a commoner, aiming to rise to nobility—

But as a child, he was swept into the chaos of war.

To survive, he surrendered to the enemy camp and became a junior strategist, forging one of the strongest armies in the world.

Just when he thought he’d earn his reward and enjoy life after the war, he was sold into s*avery.

Trained as a gladiator, he never got his freedom—

Instead, he was bought to serve as a noble’s double.

Through blood, betrayal, and backstabbing,

He finally replaced the original and became a noble for real.

But that was only the beginning.

A long road lies ahead… Collapse

I've read this novel in mtl sites.
A very good kingdom building novel.
It's slow paced, and I believe these genre novels should be slow paced. Politics, deception, strategy, wars, subordinates, territory development, smart characters, waiting for right opportunity etc. are compiled into this.
The only novel i'm searching for is smart characters. MC is smart but there are guys who have live 200+ years. Those guys have wealth and brain.
MC is intelligent, very good at strategies. No Harem.
It has its own cons. But in kingdom-building genre, it's good.

    Again reminder, it's very slow.

It's my opinions, everyone has their own opinions too.

Why does this sound like "Lord of Blood Hill"? Plagiarism?

Yes. The The Lord Of Blood Hill author stole it. He is not the only one. These guys think that if the novel is not on the 69 sites nobody can catch them. Royal road readers don't read MTL so I suppose that is partially true.

Honestly, I don't care and actually think this is a good thing. People on RR don't read mtls and are actually paying for quality translations. Without these "authors" many people would not be able to read these novels. If they get paid for that, more power to them, they are not hurting anybody except the original author. The original author will not have any english translations so that is a moot point as well.

If you put it like that it doesn't sound too bad. But I still feel quite disingenuous, the copycat could have posted it on NovelUpdates and not RR and hide that his work is a translation (bet is ai), posting it in RR may hurt other aspiring writers who put their soul in their work. bond

Why should he post it for free on somewhere? Especially since this is a long-term work. Sure, it would be best if he is doing this just for the love of the game, but if one can choose between not having it and having it, but somebody makes a small profit...

              This is from personal experience;
Its like a debate regarding voluntary and paid blood donation. Sure, it would be best to donate for free (like I personally do), but that is not enough and not many people do. But, when there are paid campings for blood donors, hospitals stock up.

Do you think patients will care? Would you rather be morally correct or compromise and help people?

I know this is an extreme example, but it is from my life and I have experience with these debates.
It is usually done by people who don't donate, but easily make judgments.

Sure im a perfect world people would donate from civic and moral obligations and this guy would translate to help others read good novels. But we do not live in a perfect world.

So, do you want results or be correct?

I don't quite get it, could you please explain it to me? So, is this novel called "I'm a Rebel in Another World" and the novel called "The Lord of Blood Hill" the same novel, but with a different title and by a different author?

It means some authors steal novels from Chinese authors to make money, this is usually done on Royal Road. You can find a number of them, like this one or "Trapped in the Demonic Sect, But I Have Countless Avatars" for example.

They find novels on MTL sites which are not 69 sites then lightly edit and publish them.

69shu and adjacent sites, twkan etc.
That should be enough. You just translate the website via browser or use gemini. The machine translations today are amazing and you shouldn't have any issues.
